Shipping Policy

Thank you if you have placed an order with RocknDots Boutique we really appreciate your support. Our Shipping is posted out either by Hermes or Royal Mail, With Hermes it usually takes around three to five days making it's way through depots to your local area. Royal Mail parcels tend to be delivered the next working day or within two days.


If you find that Royal Mail or Hermes hasn't delivered your parcel within 5 days of you getting a conformation email and the tracking number please ensure you take a look at the tracking page of your order and allow an extra one working day before contacting us.

Please remember the times on your order/invoice are only dispatched on working days (monday/Friday excluding band holidays). Once your order has been dispatched we will send you a conformation email with your tracking info

Return & Exchange Policy

We Guarentee Your Satisfaction.

If the item(s) you recieve are faulty or you have simply changed your mind about an item (except a personlised product or furniture) and you wish to return it/them then in line with the distance selling regulations (DSR). Please Inform us within the 7 Days of Receipt.

The item(s) must not be used and must be"as new" when returned to us.

Once you have informed us your wish to return the goods under the DSR, you have 28 calender days to do so, at your own expense.

Once the item(s) is recieved we will issue a refund for the product to the original payment card.

Furniture, Personalised and Beauty Items cannot be returned 

Sale/Clearance Items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or faulty.  

This is how you return your item(s)

1. Notify us by emailing - Please do not return something without notifying us first

2. Make sure to Re-pack your item(s) in the original packaging

3. Return your package through Hermes or at a Post Office, you may with to get the receipt to show us proof of postage.
