If the item(s) you recieve are faulty or you have simply changed your mind about an item (except a personlised product) and you wish to return it/them then in line with the distance selling regulations (DSR) you can do so provided you inform us of you do so provided you inform us of your decision within 7 days of receipt.
The item must not be used and must be "as new" when returned to us.
Once you have informed us your wish to return the goods under the DSR, you have 28 calender days to do so, at your own expense.
Once the item(s) is recieved we will issue a refund for the product to the original payment card.
Unfortunatly we cannot accpet returns on Made To Order Products unless there is a fault with the item.
